Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") carefully before purchasing a subscription and using the game trainer software ("Software") offered by GameExploit.cc ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Description of Service

GameExploit.cc provides game trainer software designed to modify single-player aspects of various computer games. The Software is offered on a subscription basis, granting access for a period of thirty (30) days per subscription payment.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Fee: Access to the Software requires payment of the currently applicable subscription fee.
Subscription Period: Each subscription grants you access to the Software for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of successful subscription key use.
No Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will NOT automatically renew. You will need to manually purchase a new subscription to continue service.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees paid, regardless of whether the Software has been used, your satisfaction with the Software, or any other reason, except as expressly required by applicable law.

4. Software License and Usage Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Restrictions include:

No redistribution or selling of the Software.
No reverse engineering or decompiling.
No usage for cheating in online multiplayer game modes.

5. User Accounts

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Account login credentials. You are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account.

6. User Responsibility and Risk

You acknowledge that the use of game trainer software may violate the terms of service of certain games. We are not responsible for any disciplinary actions, including bans, imposed by game developers or platform providers.

7. Software Compatibility and Updates

Games are frequently updated. These updates may cause our Software to become incompatible. While we make a reasonable effort to correct issues, we do not guarantee continuous functionality or specific fix timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including copyrights and trademarks, are and will remain the exclusive property of GameExploit.cc.

9. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMEEXPLOIT.CC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GameExploit.cc and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.

12. Term and Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law and Mandatory Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

14. Dispute Resolution

For any issues, you agree to first consult our FAQ. Payment disputes will be handled through our third-party payment processor. We reserve the right to contest all payment disputes with evidence of service delivery.

15. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GameExploit.cc.
